Very nice Family Stay
superb check-in great service spacious room
The check-in was superb, the front desk team were lovely, and the concierge delivered luggage to the room promptly. The Piano Bar offered great service from Jill, Veronika, Jack, and Peter. Peter's cocktails paired perfectly with the festive snack menu. The room was spacious, and the beds and pillows were comfortable.
The hotel was a little busy due to it being in a central location, and sometimes it was difficult to find a spot at the bar.

The staff provided excellent and helpful service. The front of house team offered a superb check-in and check-out. Luggage delivery occurred promptly upon arrival.

The spacious room included comfortable beds and pillows. The hotel provided excellent table service in the restaurant. I had a awesome breakfast with a great selection of food, and also received room service that was helpful for the kids.

The hotel location is ideal for accessing transport links. Grand Central Station is just around the corner. The hotel is perfect for shopping and seeing a Panto.

Wonderful Stay at Prime Location
high quality decor helpful staff good lighting
This hotel have high quality decor and furnishings. I liked I had two easy chairs in my bedroom. Lighting was good and the window opened easily. The reception staff was cute when I arrived and helpful with directions.
My room was smaller than other rooms I have had before.

The room was super clean and included lovely linen on the beds. There were beautiful towels and fresh T&C supplies. It was very quiet, and I was undisturbed for the duration of my stay.

The hotel is well maintained and all staff were pleasant. The staff were also professional in a relaxed manner, which I appreciate. Reception staff were cute when I arrived.

I dined in the piano bar, and the staff were courteous. The festive ciabatta was fresh and delicious. Food and drink offerings were lovely. I had a very enjoyable meal.

The location is excellent, close to a train station and city hall. The main tourist spots are easy to reach on foot. A bus stop is situated nearby. This makes airport access convenient.

Absolutely Fantastic Stay!
friendly staff prompt luggage expertly crafted cocktails
The staff were friendly and helpful. My luggage was promptly delivered to my room upon arrival. The service in the Piano Bar was great. I especially enjoyed Peter's expertly crafted cocktails.
The heater in my room was old and looked a little creepy. It took some effort to figure out how to operate it properly. This was a minor inconvenience, but I hope they replace it soon.

poor restroom unresolved issue
The location proved convenient.
The ladies' restroom on the ground floor near the lobby was not well kept. It was disappointing especially considering this was mentioned in a complaint from years prior and the issue had not been resolved.

My room was very clean. The decor was nice, and the bed was comfortable. The staff was helpful (especially at reception).
My room was one of the smallest I have ever stayed in. The bathroom had a see-through door for the toilet and shower. I found this quite shocking (and not very practical).

Alright stay, some issues
train station helpful staff comfortable chairs glass bathroom lacked privacy room issue
The hotel location was handy to the train station. It made arrival easier. Reception staff were cute and helpful. That was a plus. I did love that my room had two easy chairs. The lighting was good and I could open the window.
I booked a little overnight stay, using vouchers received as a gift. Everything was fine on arrival. I opened the room door and saw a glass walled bathroom. I have stayed in hotels with more privacy.
